Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 7 days of order placement.
  • Requests may not be honored if the order is already processed or shipped.
  • Perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be cancelled. However, replacement/refund may be offered if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality.
  • For damaged/defective products, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Action will be taken after verification.
  • If a product is not as described or doesn’t meet expectations, contact our support team within 7 days. A resolution will be provided after review.
  • For products under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.
  • If a refund is approved by DUOPLES PRIVATE LIMITED, processing may take 16–30 days to reflect in your account.
